Staff were lovely. Location is great, right opposite the glades shopping centre and high street. Other guests were causing a disturbance and the staff were really helpful with this especially Iount (hope we spelled it right)- thank you especially for your kindness! Rooms and bathroom are all very clean!
A hotel next to the shopping centre, it has big guest rooms and bath tubs, I especially liked the armchair which I sat in while watching TV. The corridors are unusually wide, designed with turning around bays, it's the type of feature you might see on old bridges.
We checked in late so although we had booked a double room the only one they had left was the accessible twin. However, we were moved to a double for the rest of our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Both rooms were very comfortable and clean with very efficient aircon (it was hot outside but inside was cool). Very central and would definitely recommend

He handled my issues and gave me a room which was spotless and comfortable, and the service was consistently outstanding. The location is ideal, making it easy to get around Bromley Town centre with a busy high street.
